ID missing in Note structure element

Failure Condition
Matterhorn Protocol Checkpoint 19-003: ID key of the Note tag is not present.
Suggestion
In the PAC 2 test report, click the error to see the location of the note in the document. In the Tags pane in Acrobat Pro, right-click the Note tag and select Properties. On the Tag tab of the Object Properties dialog, enter a unique identifier in the ID field.
