Failure Condition
Tagged content disappears from the visual representation of the document. The content is hidden behind other page elements.
Suggestion
In the Content pane, expand the affected page. Select the first Container, then use the down arrow to locate: (1) The Container(s) for the hidden content; and (2) The Container(s) for the page elements that the content is hiding behind.
Drag the latter Container(s) (2) to a position before the former Containers (1) in the Content structure.
