Failure Condition
Matterhorn Protocol Checkpoint 07-001: ViewerPreferences dictionary of the Catalog dictionary does not contain DisplayDocTitle key.
Matterhorn Protocol Checkpoint 07-002: ViewerPreferences dictionary of the Catalog dictionary contains DisplayDocTitle key with a value of false.
Suggestion
In Acrobat Pro: File > Properties > in the Document Properties dialog, on the Initial View tab, in the Show field under Windows Options, select Document Title.
